As much as I hate to see them win, congrats to you guys. I don't understand the ill will towards Torre though - without that guy, this would not be #27. The real "loser" in all of this? Mike Mussina (2001-2008 - could not have picked worse years to sign and consequently retire with this team).

I love learning about and debating real estate (why else waste, er spend, so much time on Streeteasy) but in this context the real estate that matters is 161st Street and River Avenue, Bronx, New York. Please do not desecrate sacred ground with talk of bonus pools.
