the building is actually very nice..feels kinda like a vegas hotel. but yeah the immediate area is DEAD.

what makes no sense about this building.. there are two towers.. 77 hudson is condo the other is a rental building.. the math to buy makes absolutely no sense!!! and you get all the same amenities !
