(Listing at 41 West 96th Street) great neighborhood/location! manny's green market on columbus/94, tons of restaurants on columbus and amsterdam heading uptown into the 100s, 96th street subway connects to all, access to the park, etc.

agreed, though as you go west on 96th, it can get a little shadier; close to CPW, though, it's pristine.
