New Construction closing costs -Super's Unit

Discussion about
Reading through the offering plan I find that all condo owners share the cost of the Super's Unit. My question is that is that accounted for in the price of the apartment or they charge you at the time of closing. Things like the charge for common areas, lobby/gym etc (where every unit owner holds a share) are part of the total price.

mcfm -are you trying to ask another question or answer my query-

I am trying to ask what is the norm in MANHATTAN? Super unit is included in the price or is it a add on at closing. I think I will ask my lawyer for clarification
