Area isn't as hot as Harlem, why pay ballpark Harlem prices when you can be in better neighborhood, investment-wise.

Quality of local schools is a serious consideration. PS187 has a very good reputation and good exmissions.

Really nice neighborhood. I used to rent in that neighborhood and would recommend it to anyone who does not mind the farther "A" Train commute to the Northern reach of the island.
