Anyone know anything about this building? Looking to rent a 2 bedroom/2 bath there to see if I like living in DUMBO before thinking of buying anything.

Also, anyone have an opinion or familiarity with 85 Adams St. in DUMBO?

Check out the web site for two trees. They pretty much own Dumbo, and control so much of the rental inventory they are the management company to check if you are interested in this area.

133 was a bust. They tried to sell 'em, couldn't, and it went rental. waaaaay too close to the bridge for my tate.

85 Adams, or the Beacon building also had a lot of trouble selling, much more so than Jcondo, the other tower. The entrance faces the bqe, and its a tower in a neighborhood known for loft buildings.
