Unless she's just grandstanding against the Mayor and jockeying for position. What a waste at such fiscally tense time. While we are on the subject...how about $25 bucks for new plates. That sounds like a good plan and a way to close the short fall. How about if we poo poo the $25 bucks let's just skip salting the streets this winter...that seems fair. This is to allow drivers time to exit the vehicle and get the receipt from the muni-meter. Drivers if you get a parking summons, you can use this as a plea if the time first observed is not on the summons.

Second, it just means... there is LESS PARKING.
There are fights in the muni lots on Sundays!
