Either UES or UWS is okay, with a park block the ideal (though I'm not sure near Carl Schurz would work). They're nonsmokers with a dog, so the building must be good with dogs, and in the most ideal world, we'd do six months with an option to renew. My clients are fully financially qualified and we can do a co-op package if we need to. There are only about three apartments currently on the market that would make them happy, so I'm especially interested in any "shadow" inventory anyone has -- i.e., write me if you want to rent out your apartment.
