What's the normal waiting period for OP's?

No Fee deals are great. Waiting over 3 months for an OP check ain't great. What's the average turn around time? Are you fed up with waiting for management companies to pay up?

I figure 30 days is about average, 30-60 annoying-I have an OP due from The Anthem on East 34'th since MAY! Stonehenge, BLDG, manhattan Skyline, Kibel and Brodsky all pay quickly. good Luck.

I'm pushing 3-4 months on an OP due from The Anthem. And Icon moves at a snails pace.
