Thank goodness. We will never, ever have affordable housing prices without the use of eminent domain. The city doesn't use it nearly enough. People need to understand that when you buy a property it's not just yours. We as a society need your taxes and perhaps at some point in the future we'll need the entire place.
Can't wait for the Nets in Brooklyn and I can't wait for the Columbia expansion.
