Sorting Listings in Contract by Contract Date

Currently it looks likes they are listed by price. Is there a way to sort listings in contract by the date they went into contract? I really don't want to have to click through every listing to figure out which units went into contract recently.

Are you talking about in your saved sales or on a fresh search?

If you do a search and check off listings in contract only, I think it defaults in the drop box to "most expensive" first. Just change the dropbox sort to "newest."
Now I don't know what it will give you, either newest listings or newest in contract.

I was hoping to sort by contract date on the building screen.

The search looked like it might work, so I gave it a shot, but the newest sort does it by listing date I believe.

Anyone have any other ideas?
