im looking for a full service type building somewhere and it doesnt matter if its a condo, apartment building or whatever as long as there is a garage on site. do any of you have an ideas?

gateway plaza in BPC has tons of 1 BRs listed on nybits.com from $1970 to $2370

there are lots of places renting in the same range as years 2000 to 2003....:)

tons on craigslist....juts start filtering through the BS and you will find something. I have a friend on 90th and 2nd and she pays 1800 for a nice 1br.
