Looking for decent broker in Williamsburg, PLEASE HELP

i am sick and tired of all these incentive brokers in williamsburg with their crazy lies. only reason i need to move to this hellhole iz because my aunt is in the hospital by the 1st ave station. can someone help me find an apartment, if i dont need to use a broker, that would be amazing.

I'm afraid you're out of luck. Brokers don't set rental prices -- landlords do. That's the source of the "crazy lies".

WE just went through it - there's nothing you can do. There's a nice website where building manageent advertise their no-fee apts, but there aren;t any buildings in Wburg that are members. WE found the Corcoran people most pleasant, notably Stanley Krause, but eventually got something with Karen Wiseman at Apts & Lofts. Don't even think about the liars on Craigslist. Good luck.
