Seller 6E, Buyer 6A, Apartment listed as 6F.

Maybe 6A recently bought a small piece of 6F? Nothing else makes much sense.

I'd love to be able to buy someone's bathroom in the west village. That way I'd always have a nice place to take a dump after going to magnolia.
