Discussion about 702 West End Avenue #5B
How could this possibly be 1000 ft. sq.? At the widest it's 15 feet, so it would need to be 67 feet long in order to have that much square footage.

Well, it's a pre-war, so just pay the premium, (per nyc10023) and forget footage (and room sizes)
