Seems like a real decent value, especially given the pre-construction deals the developer is giving out. A bit of a tough location, with the projects around the corner. Many good restaurants and blocks away from tompkins sq park. any thoughts on this place?

Small for the money, aside from all the usual new-condo issues.

approx 1100 a sqft, (if you dont consider the double height penthouses) doesnt seem too bad. All with a small exterior space.

Saw the building exterior the other day, and surprisingly like the copper fascade. Much better then some other floor/ceiling glass exteriors. Regardless, little to choose in terms of new apartments in the EV.

Looks like a nice, small, new building- decent addition to the neighborhood. Will try to check out an open house this weekend- Lets see how the insides look.

Went to see this building during its OH yesterday. Wasn't wowed, but it's still very much under construction so I may not have been able to get the full effect.

Does anyone know if the copper facade is actual copper or just copper-like finish?

Is this building complete yet? I was told it would be done by Febuary. Last time I checked a few weeks ago it's still under construction, not much different from what I saw half a year ago. As this building is fairly small with only 17 units, why does it take so long??

Saw a few units the other day, including a fully finished and staged unit; very nice. As far as new condo construction in mainstream Manhattan goes, fair prices at just over $1K per sq. I was told the first tenant will be moving in on August 4th. Facade is not pure copper, but has copper "elements."

The facade is not copper at all, just "copper-colored aluminum" according to the architect.
