Yeah, but only look at the little parts of LES and LIC that people on this board want you to look at. Pretend the rest of those neighborhoods don't exist.

While this is a great chart I just wish the neighborhood were a little more micro. Not terribly useful in a city where economic status changes radicially by block or even buidling. Putting Riverdale and Kingbridge together for example doesn't tell much of a story.

Thatz what zillow is for Liz. It's like keep up with jones poor. Funny story. I walk into bdrm. Wife shuts off computer. I'm thinking 'porn?'. Turns out she's on the zillow site looking up friends home on long island. Would have preferred if it was porn.

it's REporn! not so bad and entertaining. about income per household i've met tons of households were 1 of the income is off the books, so that doesn't show in graphs. do these graphs include income from pensions and other transfers?

The affordability metrics seem a bit off...I'm not sure where these $2700 3br apartments supposedly are on the UES and UWS....
