Tax depreciation for rental condo

Say I rent out my condo. For tax purposes I'm supposed to depreciate the value of the condo -- but not its land -- over a 27.5 year span. How do I determine the value of the condo minus the fraction of the land that it owns? IRS Publication 527 is no help.
