I'm looking into the Hillman buildings on Grand Street. Does anyone know any information on the board? Do they take a long time to schedule an interview, is the process as painful as the ones I've heard about that are uptown? I'm trying to figure out if I should resign my lease before it's up in 3 months. Any information on that area would be appreciated.
