I think there is only one and they are in nj.. go to the subzero website and that should direct you to the authorized service place.. i had to call them once.. the woman that answered the phone was rough, but the service guy was just fine...

L & J is the company I used for sub-zero service---they are located in NJ

Our ice maker ices over on a regular basis. Make sure yours hasn't iced up. Just chip away the ice if it has.
The service charge if you're out of warranty is outrageous. We have had to replace the compressor and needed another major service within 6 years of purchase. We're not very happy with the product.

Replace it with a Liebherr that costs about 1/3 less, has better service history and is more energy efficient, all while looking just as good.
