Can someone advise where I can get a better fixed rate than 6.25 ? I need only $200,000

when i bought a few years ago, i singed up on multiple websites and did tremendous research. i shopped a mortgage like noone i have ever met. i came up with a broker; wendy salpeter 561 864 2415...that said, i have refered her loans with much larger sizes. she might not be competive in the smaller mortgages. ingdirect.com has low fees and has a 5/1 arm for 5.5%.
