The best I can do in W Village or Chelsea

I'd prefer to live in W Village or Chelsea, although I'd consider Soho/Noho/Nolita/Tribeca if there was something really great there. Budget of around 2700 Prefer a 1 bedroom Would love a doorman or elevator building unless the unit is really unique (i.e. skylight, private atrium, etc.) And my current lease is up on 12/31 Thank you for the help in advance.
