Henley on Hudson

I read Henley on Hudson at Port Imperial sold nine homes in the past four months all over $1 million. Community is really nice, right on the water facing midtown Manhattan. They have multi-level Brownstones with private street entrances and beautiful single-level Penthouses in the current phase. Construction is pretty far along on the new section of homes which is supposed to have the first one-bedroom designs in the community. It's also where they're going to have their English Gardens. Sales office says sales will start in Spring, 2010 with occupancy that summer. They're not giving prices yet, but say "VIP" buyers can register on the website: www.henleyonhudson.com
