Watch out! This Board is a doozy. They are as corrupt as can be, and their ethical unorthodoxy is matched only by their unfortunate choice of managing agent, Carole Ferrara of CFA Management. Do not buy in this building unless you want to have your Board funds mismanaged and the DOB knocking at your door.

Now I get why the Board Prez has resigned and is selling! It looks like several lawsuits come to fruition this summer, and he wants to split before he has to pay a dime!
