I have purchased and sold over 25 properties in Manhattan, Queens, and Brooklyn. I have used Manhattan Mortgage and Red Wagon Mortgage, both located in Manhattan. I just completed a cash out deal on a three unit in Brooklyn that was brokered by Red Wagon Mortgage. The loan closed with a bank I never heard of. I took about 60 days. But it closed!!
