Village 2 Bed Availability

We are a family of 4 + dog who have been looking for a 2 bed in the PS3/41 zone for 2 months now with limited success. We have a possible unit on Horatio and one on East 8th, but nothing we completely love. I'm wondering whether people think that more inventory will be turning over in January and we should wait until then. We have flexibility with our move date. Ideally, our max budget is 6K with no or low broker fee. Thanks, everyone.

Hi cppicnic - we should see some more inventory come on and I do see concessions from landlords continuing into 2010 (no fee, free month's rent). If you can, I would wait it out to January if that is possible and comfortable for your family.

have you checked 300 mercer, 60 east 8th street. 300 mercer will give you good rent to start with but will keep on increasing every year after that.
