#1 appears to be a bogus comment to generate interest. That apartment (studio) has been on the market for 404 days and they have raised the price by $550 per month.

#2--???I clicked on it and it is a 2 bedroom 1 bath. #1--you need to email the broker not post on the board.

This apt has to have some major flaws since its a convert 2 bed and renting for 2700. Interesting that the re broker shows no windows. Wouldn't be surprised if this is in the basemnet or looking into a very dark ally or is a 6 floor walk up.
