From a previous victim, this is the best advice anyone can give. The building's owner, Julie Fine, is profoundly disturbed, a bully and a thief- not only will she harass you for your entire lease with screaming phone calls and unannounced visits, but she has NO intention of returning your security deposit and will do whatever she can to claim it. Also, the "no fee" claim is fake- she will insist you pay the fee on the day you sign the lease, or no deal. Do yourself a favor- find another building.

Used to live here. The land-lady is simply a horrible person to deal with. She'll harass you from day one. She'll call at all times of the night and ask you to spy on your neighbors. Simply the worst landlord I've ever had. Good luck trying to get your money at the end of the lease... make sure to take photographs or a video of the place before leaving. IMHO... Find elsewhere to live. Not worth paying all that money (yes... it's a lot of $$$ for those tiny apts) to live in hell!
