Yes, first, because you have an in-unit W/D which sadly seems to be my ultimate goal in life right now and second, because you've finished your apartment search. I think that living in Harlem would be fun, but my husband doesn't want to budge from the safe UES. Best wishes again!

I am so looking forward to the W/D. Right now we have to carry the laundry up and down 4 flights, and pay with 6 quarters for the washer or dryer. And the door automatically locks at 8 or 9Pm.
It's going to be awesome. Somehow my wife always gets out of carrying the laundry up and down the stairs.
