I don't get your crush on nyc10022/somewherelse/EddieWilson, but again, if you want to rehash all that stuff, all you have to do is respond to the emails I sent your way months ago (and you're not too bright if you can't "find" them, because they were definitely sent). FWIW, my "account" of units available in the northside was quite accurate, and not a soul has taken me up on improving it, which would be much more helpful than, say, ceaselessly imagining that it's a "lie" and doing nothing to demonstrate anything better.

My tally of the inventory was very clearly for the northside, which is a distinct market (anyone who knows the area would agree, I think). You don't think it's accurate because I'm not including something else that happens to fall under the name "Williamsburg"? Fine, then come up with a total yourself, but don't kid anyone that what I did is a "lie." I don't have to segment the market to please you just because you say so. It's kind of remarkable how ignorant you can be.

I don't really have much interest in real estate values - if anything, I wouldn't mind seeing cheaper places so I could more easily justify buying something else. I've agreed before that the area is overdeveloped and, in many cases, overpriced, but these are just opinions in the end. The market will do what it wants anyway. Your perceptions about "trustafarians, transplants, and hipsters" are so dumb-media-influenced, it's laughable, however. I doubt you live anywhere near Brooklyn, but that's the image you're shooting for apparently. Chalk up another lie for you.
