anyone familiar with this building..? thought?

I looked at it but the listings were moved from Corcoran to Nestseekers recently, and suddenly units that had gone unsold for 1-2 years were increased in price by up to 18%; There are still some rent controlled and rent stabilized tenants in the building. No doorman, no outdoor space.

Nice restoration work. Very limited closet space. Extremely difficult to finance. Ignore the price increases; they are probably just setting the scene for dramatic cuts. A cash-rich buyer could probably get a nice deal.
