Discussion about
I need a recommendation for an excellent exterminator. We have a rental apt. in a brownstone and have been plagued with mice issues pretty much the entire time. Landlord continues to use an ineffective exterminator. I have several months left on my lease and I need to get rid of the mice problem once and for all even if I am stuck paying. Please let me know if you know anyone who can get rid of them for good!!

Don't do this only for extermination purposes but if are looking to get rid of current mouse problems, avoid future ones and add lots of love and purrs to your household consider adopting a cat. Really, "God's own mousetrap" works best and and will also be an ongoing source of joy and entertainment. Contray to myth cats are anything but unfriendly and aloof, they love to interact with their people and with sunny spots on the floor. Plus they never have to be walked in lousy weather (or any weather) and can take care of themselves for 24 hours plus if necessary assuming food and water are supplied.

Thanks for the suggestion - I would love to get a cat but my child has allergies.

I used All City Exterminating (212) 879-5778 for a weird brand of cupboard beetles. Jim, the exterminator, was fantastic. He explained the process and the nature of the beast, and best of all, he banished them. I don't know how he handles mice but he's a smart dude and he may have a solution.
