You seem to be divinding the monthly taxes by 12. I've seen this on other listings as well. Pleae correct this, its a huge discrepency in the price.

It's a conversion - the building was actually constructed in the late 70s. Most of the building is occupied by renters, but as they move out, will be renovated and re-sold as condos. We went to a showing last week. The 1-br apartments feel quite small and at these prices don't represent a huge bargain. The layouts are not great - kitchen feels closed-in and closet space is limited. The block itself is quite pleasant, for midtown.
