How do you rush Managing Agent / Coop Board

We have been in contract for nearly a month now. All paperwork was handed into the managing agent on time and supposedly they've already processed the paperwork (according to an admin we spoke to). We would like to get to the point of an interview soon because our rate lock will expire in another 4 weeks. Is there any way to nudge this process along?

Have the realtor speak with the current owner to push the board. Also tell your lawyer to call the realtor to find out when the board meets, weekly, monthly, etc. and have him/her get your names on the list. YOU NEED TO STAY ON YOUR LAWYER AND/OR REALTOR
