It will definitely be noisy and who knows what type of business is going to occupy the commercial space...I heard it might be a tire shop. In terms of quality..you've walked through it and it obviously leaves a lot to be desired. For example, if you pull slighty on the fixtures in the bath tub they actually seperate from the wall. You might also want to examine all walls carefully...you can actually feel a breeze coming in some of the units...not to mention that in some of the units you can actually peak into the apartments from the common hallway via gaps between the walls and front doors....the list of cons goes on and on...but I won't bore anyone. If you have the cash and want quality I would say visit 50 West 127th street...this developer spent some serious money on this structure.
