yep, that's what i heard. but the building looks empty, though they claimed to have filled it up already.

We live there in an L line. We love our apartment and the building. All the staff are especially great. So far the other residents aren't doucebags. I think the amenities in the building are better than similar buildings in the neighborhood.

The quality of building maintenance and service has declined rapidly at this property in the last few years. Communication with residents is poor and building improvement projects are extremely slow to be completed. On my last visit, resident parcels and dry cleaning were being stored in the front lobby and visible from the street. The Brooklyner really needs to improve its game, especially with all the new residential options in the area.
