renovated 3 br 3600. I called them I told them that I was on after a week and they said I would probably get called eventually. So maybe this week for you. This is only the first 100 - they have way more apts than that vacant. Also the list has been growing for 2 months now. They won't tell you where you are on the list.

is the renovated 3br for 3600 much less than it was renting for before the court case. I know a one bedroom was renting last January for 3100. Also if the prices aren't that low not that many people will rent there. If a one bedroom is renting for $2300 I'll pass. I'm hoping they'll start renting the apartments that haven't been renovated.
