Yes, I believe anyone buying in 2008/2009/2010* is very highly likely a lemming who neither have the experience nor done the homework a large leveraged asset in a deflating mkt would warrant w/ a monetary policy primed for high IR. But who am I to argue against pre-marital sex w/o protection, smoking , putting explosives in underwear, putting dog-walker as a profession, cheating on your pregnant wife with 24 sets of fake boobs, wanting to be a writer/banker/artist (ali, other borkers?) and when that fails not doing the honorable thing and offing yourself (but instead becoming a NYC RE borker).
