Need a good fsbo lawyer

I want to sell my condo myself to save the 3.5% to 6% commission. Need recommedations for a good lawyer. How much is the fair attorney fee for the fsbo seller?

There are a couple of threads on this board regarding attorney recommendations. I have found cost to be around 3000, some people on that board seemed to find that high. There is no reason why as a FSBO you should be paying more.

There are good lawyers for FSBO sellers in Manhattan with the total fee of $1,500.

I never heard of paying $3000. The average fee is $1500.
