was hoping to find more information regarding the gut, condo renovation of 12 east 63rd st.

no,just an old white brick building between fith and madison that a contractor bought and is turning into 6 or 7 i believe condos...but the sign says spring 07' occupancy and yet when you call they don't come available on the mkt until oct 07, with no explanation, and projected finish date feb 08'

sorry looks like the builder ran out of money on this one...now the entire building is back on the market, for double what he paid for it
