I've been wondering that myself. The contracts did seem quite stale, and suddenly all of the in-contract listings were deleted a few weeks ago. But when I posted a similar question nobody spoke up.
As you know, most buyers there went into contract at the VERY height of the market in 2007, but they lucked out in the end. I heard that there was a major delay in construction due to foundation problems, and they were able to walk without penalty. This is a kiss of death for the development in this economic climate. However, the location is great, so I am sure they will find a way to utilize the bldg. wisely.
