Hamilton Heights condo/coop buyers group

Anyone looking to buy in the neighborhood? Streeteasy has been very helpful, but I would love to discuss with other active buyers. The brokers know the bids of all buyers to a property they sell but we don't know equally valuable information we could use in order to reach more advantageous deals. Anyone interested in leveraging our bids? How about 3 or 5 of us decide to buy at the Langston or Riverbridge court etc. as a group but don't do it unless we get a greater discount or our closing costs are subsidized?
