Discussion about 521 West 23rd Street #7F
This mess is back on the market- buy in the building next door this would take 500-700 to renovate and you still would not got what you want- you can buy a place at 519 west 23 for 2.3 million, cheaper and you can move in around summer time with lots of glass- at best this apartmnt should go for 1.5- what a mass with only one exposure really- just a mess-

prediction: if they want to sell 1.5 IT NEEDS to be rethought

scary place-

almost 1.5 years on the market and they increase the price LOL- buy in 519 west 23rd and its a condo with no business tenants.
