Discussion about
A Halstead ad has no mentioning of a building being an HDFC. Why?

What is the address? I've seen a few listings that looked interesting but they turned out to be HDFC buildings. Be careful, they can be tricky.

HDFC doesn't really have to mean anything bad. I know some HDFCs from the mid 80s that don't have any income restrictions and charge only a very small flip tax. Just curious, why do you think that that's a bad deal? How can they be tricky? Honest question, no trolling.

Could be a dual building. I think Beacon Towers is both HDFC and regular - although the prices aren't that different although the nicer ones are market rate-whatever that may be by the minute

cccharley, actually it turns out it's a full-blown HDFC (income restriction and 15% flip tax).

glamma: fantasize on, baby.
