Fair - also looks like something weird happened to common charges in the building - 8G was at 1628 and 9G is over 2000 --
Looks like 8G was in crapy condiation - kitchen looks outdated and no comments about condition in advert -- might be something in the building that caused commons to skyrocket -

ONE apt does not make a trend--UWS and GV holding vlaues better than other parts of the city. Also, as noted it looks like there are "extenuating circumstances"

it is funny how these things are still surprising. The math says there will be examples greater than this (if this is near the average decline, and some have declined less).
