Is the third bdrm truly, a real bedroom? Do not see a closet which I believe is required in order to call it a bedroom.

Again, don't really need a closet to call a room a bedroom, but in this case it appears as if the 3rd "bedroom" was created by taking space from the living room, which would have been really nice if they hadn't done that. (now, it's sort of small)

legally i believe a bedroom requires a closet and a window to be advertised as a bedroom. here, however, it would be easy to insert a closet in the corner of the bedroom, it has a window, and isn't ridiculously small.

ph41, it's not small. it would have been more open without the addition, but given the separate dining area i don't think it counts as small. it is very white, however.

AR - it's 13 X 14 - though it will look larger because of the wide passage (unusable for furniture) between the dining room and the living room.

And I still haven't seen anything that says a bedroom has to have a closet to be legally called a bedroom. The window is a NYC legal requirement.

There are an awful lot of cramped rooms for $2.7 million.

The third bedroom is a joke, and yes it does make the living room look weirdly narrow.

Not much of a master bedroom, either.

For nearly $3 million, the master bedroom needs to be at least 12x20, and the living room shouldn't feel so cramped.

And maintenance/taxes are $2.50/sf - which seems pretty high.

Clever how they took the living room pictures. But they couldn't get around the fact that the 2nd and 3rd bedrooms barely hold a crib or a twin bed.

"Clever how they took the living room pictures."

I was thinking that very same thing.

The first picture had to have been taken with the camera flat up against the opposing wall to get that angle.

And did you notice how they moved some chairs around to take that wide shot of the dining area?

Still, for nearly 3 million dollars, I shouldn't be able to sit on the sofa and be practically able to change the channel on the TV on the opposing wall by touching the set directly with my toes.

Legally a bedroom needs to have a window- not a closet. That's why they say home office in many almost 2 brs

Again, though, for nearly 3 million dollars, you shouldn't be splitting hairs on the definition of "bedroom".
