It might be helpful to let people know that although the G Units at the Kent that come in at a 'deal' for 474 and 479 thousand have higher closing costs...to the tune of 30 thousand or more. In essence the price of 474 and 479 thousand do not translate to the actual market value of the unit...Just a little hint for buyers...you end up paying somewhere along the line. P.S. The Kent is a great place to live.

How do they manage to pad the closing costs? Semper Caveat Emptor.
