Rip was our RE attorney, however, was out of town the day of our closing, so had Ira step in for him. Both are great, knowledgeable and I would highly recommend either.

any recommendations for a manhattan attorney to rep me as buyer? refuse to use my lawyer from last purchase as he was an unattentive moron.
