Would a category for those of us that are looking for a place to post our criteria be ok or is that too much of a can o' worms? Thank you, h

No - I search the listings every whichaway.
What I meant was a Talk category.

I don't think many people use the Talk categories (not enough volume) ... but what do you hope to accomplish by posting your criteria? Everyone will have multiple opinions about what's good for you, none of which will be your own opinion about what's good for you.
