Seriously, no suggestions? From reading the threads, I assumed most of you drank the stuff for breakfast...

What's whiskey?

stop by a bookstore and take a look at the zagat's shopping guide. they have a wine/liquor store section.

i only drink gin for breakfast, with an occasional champagne cocktail for variety. sorry.

Whiskey is also know as whisky, sorry to confuse you Matt.
Aboutready, I looked in Zagat and it only had a couple of places that specialised. I figured someone here might have a decent suggestion. Gin for breakfast is particularly nice, it mixes with milk

just call some liquor stores to see who has Bookers...thats all you need

There's lots of whiskey available at most regular liquor stores. Unless you're looking for a real fancy scotch.

Personally, i'm partial to jameson or maker's mark. Not a fan of scotch.

Thank you for the suggestions guys. Its for a friend's present and I have absolutely no idea about whisky/whiskey. I'm gonna head down to Sherry Lehmann I think.
